BELEK HOSPITAL

In terms of medical and management service quality, Belek Hospital will be the 5 star hospital of Antalya, which is considered the city of 5 star hotels.

Having been projected on a hospital architecture base Belek Hospital will be providing services in a 6 storeyed building covering an area of 6.000 m2.  It will have a capacity of 75 beds, and have 2 operating theatres, a surgery, an internal diseases unit and newborn intensive care units. It will include many diagnosis and treatment possibilities for 24 four hours a day, with its outpatient clinic and casualty services, in addition to its radiology and biochemical laboratories.

Emergency service and ambulance
In our emergency rooms and ambulances, which will be on stand-by 24 hours a day, there will be equipment to deal with all sorts of emergencey cases. Our ambulance that has an anaesthesiology and a reanimation specialist present, will be able to provide services as a constant mobile intensive care unit too.

Patients rooms
All our patients rooms will be equipped with air conditioning systems, refrigerators, televisions connected to multichannell satellite system, and hair dryers, in addititon to electronically controlled and powered patient beds. In our rooms which will be equipped with central gas and vacuum systems, there will also be a nurse call system beside the beds and in the bathrooms, to let our patients get through to nurses easily.

Database and electronic consultation
All our records will be kept in computers through the NUCLEUS  program. In case of new applications, the earlier information which has already been recorded in our database, can be reached easily and all former diagnosis, examination and treatment information will be completely displayed. When necessary, the patient files (including angioplasty, x-ray, electrocardiogram, CT and MR) will be forwarded through internet to the concerned doctor for consultation.

Operating theatres
The operating theatres will be equipped with medical devices made by the most prominent producers in the world. Beside a generator which will automaticly come into service in case of a power cut, all devices will be supported by UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). The operating theatres will be air conditioned through a hygenic central air conditioner which works with a 100% fresh air circulation. This special air conditioning system, which has a high quality filter, will keep all dust particles out.

Intensive care
Our intensive care units, in which there will be 2 newborn and 2 general intensive care beds, will be managed by a team formed by pediatry, surgery, cardiology, anesthesiology and reanimation specialists. Patient watch and treatment will be carried out by specialist doctors 24 hours a day.

Substructure
Our hospital will be constructed as an earhquake resistant building after a preliminary risk study.

Biomedical
Hot water will be available in all rooms for 24 hours a day. The water received from the city water network, will be totally decontaminated from germs after being passed through the mechanical filters and exposed to ultraviolet rays. The walls of the operating theatres will be painted with epoxy paint which prevents bacteria reproduction. The central sterilization system which will be established in our hospital, will have the most recent technology used in the world and will be used uninterruptedly.

Apart from these, our hospital will also have:
- Hot and cool air condititoning systems in all rooms.
- Smoke and gas sensitive fire alarm systems in all rooms.
- 5 channel music broadcast, 24 hours a day that can be changed when desired in all our rooms and polyclinics.
- Central gas and vacuum systems in our operating theatres, maternity rooms, intensive care units, emergency rooms and all  patient rooms.

All medical high technology devices used in our hospital, central medical gas system, electrical and water installations will be under the care of our experienced technical staff for 24 hours a day.
